Statement of Purpose
I also am convinced that the American public is not well informed about economic issues and that public discourse is increasingly dominated by superficial rhetoric disseminated in television sound bites.
My aim is to improve the level of public understanding of economic aspects of contemporary political and social institutions, problems and policies by writing and disseminating a column containing a deeper level of insight and analysis.
